Dr. Myka Geruntho
Dr Myka Geruntho grew up on the east coast but slowly made her way west. She graduated from The Ohio State in 2021 and decided to try a life without snow in sunny California. And though the summers sometimes get too hot, she hasn’t missed shoveling and driving in snow!
She holds a passion for educating on the importance of routine care - including bloodwork screening and dentals! - and behavior - from setting puppies up for a good start to trying to help manage the problem cases. She also loves feline medicine for the challenges it can sometimes present and enjoys seeing cats on her schedule.
Though she could go on and on about many different principles she values and holds herself to, her overall goal has always been to treat each pet with the care she’d want for her own fur babies.
When she’s not working she is either herding her horde of cats or training/at the mercy of her Malinois’ whims. When her many pets give her a moment to relax she enjoys reading physical books and playing video games.
